Quick, easy dessert with your favorite fruits, yogurt and small dessert shells. Skip the fatty whipped cream. Vanilla yogurt does the trick. Serves 3.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pckg. of "Specialty Baker's" dessert shells (contains 6 shells)

(2) 6oz + containers of vanilla yogurt

A handful of fresh blueberries and fresh cut strawberries for each serving.

DIRECTIONS:

Mix berries with 1/2 the yogurt.

Reserve the other 1/2 of yogurt as a topping.

For each of the 3 servings, place a single dessert shell in a small bowl. Do this among 3 seperate bowls.

Spoon 1/3 of the berry/yogurt mixture over each dessert shell in each of the 3 individual bowls. Top with a second inverted dessert shell for each.

Spoon remaining yogurt on top, dividing evenly among the 3 dessert bowls.

5 minutes and done. Yum!

Many ways to make your own variations, too!
